Jiangsu Huaxing Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd, founded in February 2016, is a high-tech company specializing in R&D and manufacturing of semiconductor epitaxial wafers. We mainly produce III-V compound semiconductor epitaxial wafers on gallium arsenide (GaAs) and indium phosphide (InP) substrates by using metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD), e-beam/holographic lithography and nanoimprint technologies.
Our company is located in Pizhou Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 23 thousand square meters, with more than 5 thousand square meters’ clean-room space. We have a world top-class compound semiconductor material production and testing equipment platform. Our expert technical team includes academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences, industry experts and other senior opto-electronic practitioners with 16 PhDs and 18 Masters. We expertise the core technology of compound semiconductor epitaxial design and growth with more than 50 national patents.
